Founded in June 2005 by owner Paul Mackey, a New England native with Sicilian roots, Kingfish Grill blends coastal tradition with bold flavors. Paul’s passion for seafood and heartfelt approach to cooking have helped make the restaurant a beloved destination for both locals and visitors. Our dedicated team works each day to exceed expectations, turning first–time guests into longtime regulars and proudly supporting the community we call home.
Located in the Cobblestone Shopping Plaza off 312–just minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine–Kingfish Grill features a diverse menu centered around ONLY FRESH FISH and the Best Sushi in St. Augustine. We also offer lighter fare including soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and a children’s menu. A full bar, curated wine list, merchandise, and gift cards are available as well.
